Big move in the construction zone today. We had our old living room walls removed, and our stairs demolished and removed. We will not be able to access out upper floors for about a week. This means we are with out showers. There will be a whole bunch of stinky Kirk’s running around the neighbor hood. Well perhaps not… We are thankful and so glad we have friends and grandparents next store. One of our friends, Mr. Carpenter (who just built and finished a brand new home), has a complete full bathroom loft above his garage and is allowing us to use at anytime. We also have access to our loving Grandparents home as well. We are glad we are surrounded.
We are starting to see how open it will be and will be actually built. It is really far out!
Nate had fun taking photos tonight with me and we talked about the different areas and what will be happening in them once this is finished. He is excited about watch some football with me this up and coming season and having his friends over to spend the night in his new big room. Plus he loves the fact he can hang on some of the beams. He pretended he was going to kick out the one bad support beam that is hold the house up!
